We provide a complete, turn-key experience that begins with an initial design consultation to plan a custom layout tailored to your home’s roofline and architectural features. In your first year, we supply custom-cut, commercial-grade LED lighting built specifically for your property, handle professional installation, provide ongoing maintenance throughout the season, and return in January for careful removal. At the end of the season, we pack your lights into a clearly labeled, heavy-duty storage bin that stays with you. In subsequent years, your cost drops significantly because you already own the custom hardware—you only pay for our professional re-installation, season-long support, and takedown!
Do you use commercial-grade lights or can I supply my own retail lights?
We exclusively supply and install custom-cut, commercial-grade LED lighting. Commercial-grade strands are brighter, more durable against winter weather, and feature custom-cut wiring with clean, hidden connections built specifically for your home's exact dimensions. Because we back our work with season-long maintenance guarantees, we do not install standard store-bought lights, which tend to fail prematurely and lack custom fitment.
What happens if a bulb burns out or weather knocks the lights loose?
You enjoy complete peace of mind all season long. Even though you own the lighting hardware, our full-season service guarantee covers any mid-season maintenance. If a bulb burns out, a clip detaches, or severe winter weather affects your display, just let us know. Our crew will promptly visit your property to fix, replace, or re-securing the lights at no extra charge.
When do you start installing Christmas lights, and when do you take them down?
We begin installing holiday displays as early as early October and continue right up through mid-December. Booking an early installation is a great way to secure your preferred slot on our schedule before peak season hits—and if you prefer not to turn them on right away, you can simply leave them off until you're ready to light up the neighborhood!
Takedowns begin in early January once the holidays wrap up. Our crew carefully dismantles your entire display, inspects each strand to make sure it's in top condition, and packs everything neatly into your labeled storage bin so it's ready for next year.
Can you install lights on trees, pillars, and walkways, or do you only decorate rooflines?
We do far more than just rooflines! Our team can design and install full-property holiday displays tailored to your vision. This includes wrapping porch pillars and columns, wrapping tree trunks and branch canopies, and installing crisp ground-stake lighting along your driveway, walkways, and garden borders. To complete the look, we can also supply and securely install elegant, matching holiday wreaths that perfectly complement your overall light design. During your consultation, we’ll walk your property together to highlight all the best architectural and landscape features to light up!
Are you insured and equipped to handle high roofs, steep peaks, and tall trees safely?
Yes, completely. Working at height in winter conditions requires proper training, specialized gear, and full coverage. Our team is fully insured with comprehensive general liability and liability insurance specifically covering high-structure work. We use commercial-grade extension ladders, roof fall-protection harnesses, specialized ladder stand-offs, and lift equipment where necessary to navigate steep pitches, high peaks, and tall trees safely without risking damage to your shingles, gutters, or property.
